Which internet browsers are supported?

All popular ones on the Internet: Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. For safety's sake, you should always update your browser so that you can use our programme in the best resolution and quality. Our website is also SSL encrypted and offers the highest security.

Can I use the programme on my smartphone or tablet?

You can play and fully use the online fitness programme on all devices. Whether on a smartphone or tablet - our training videos and the entire portal are perfectly optimised for everyday use.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for the online fitness programme by credit card, SEPA direct debit or Paypal. Our online shop enjoys the highest security measures so that your data is passed on securely.

When can I start? How do I get my access data?

After successful registration, you can log in immediately. With your email address and password, you can then start immediately with your individual training and nutrition plan.  

I have forgotten my password - what to do?

You can request a new password under the link Forgotten password. Within a maximum of 20 minutes you will receive an e-mail with your new access data. Please also check your spam folder if you do not receive an email within 20 minutes. (If you still do not receive an e-mail from us despite checking your spam mails, please contact us by e-mail at office@vitak-gym.com).

How long do I have access to the online portal? When does the programme end?

Your individual training and nutrition plan is designed for 8 weeks, during which you will receive step-by-step instructions on what to do. For example, if you start with a "beginner" programme, you can switch to an "advanced" programme for the next 8 weeks after the first 8 weeks at no extra cost. Depending on the package you choose, you have access to the portal itself for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.  

From what age can I use the programme?

The programme is suitable for persons over 16 years of age. We do not advise women who have not yet reached the age of 16 to use the programme.

What do I need for the programme at the gym?

For the gym programmes you need a membership at a gym of your choice.

What do I need for the programme/training at home?

For the training programme at home, it is sufficient to buy an exercise mat and an exercise band. All exercises are designed in such a way that you can train without additional weights or with conventional household items (e.g. water bottles, etc.).

Why is the programme individually tailored to each body type?

After successfully registering for our programme, you will need to answer a few questions so that we can analyse your body type and metabolism in the background. Based on this analysis, we will configure a training and nutrition plan that is perfectly tailored to you. To keep you motivated, we also provide additional motivational videos online to help you achieve the best possible results.

Can I only choose the home programmes (training from home) or gym programmes?

You can switch between the programmes at any time. Of course, there are no additional costs. Fitness studio variant: If you can't get to the fitness studio due to a lack of time, e.g. for 1 or 2 weeks, you can complete the training from home without any problems. Training from home variant: If you feel the urge to go to the gym after a certain period of time, you can change your training programme at any time.  

How much time do I have to allow?

For the gym programmes approx. 45 minutes per training session. For the home programmes (training at home) approx. 25 minutes per training session. Cardio (endurance) can be added variably depending on the selected programme.

Can I pause the programme in the meantime?

Of course, this is possible, but we recommend completing the 8-week programme without interruption, as we know from scientific research that this is the only way to achieve perfect results.  

Can I use the programme despite illness or injury?

Our online fitness programme is only suitable for USERS who are in generally good health. Persons suffering from illnesses, injuries, diabetics or cardiovascular disorders are not recommended to participate in the online fitness programme without first consulting a doctor. Should the USER experience signs of a disease, disorder of the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, musculoskeletal system or other health complaints or impairments before or during completion of the online fitness programme, a doctor should be consulted immediately in order to rule out possible risks. Participation in the online fitness programme can in no way replace medical examinations, accompaniment or treatment. 

Can I use the programme if I am pregnant?

Our online fitness programme is only suitable for USERS who are in generally good health. Persons who are pregnant are not recommended to participate in the online fitness programme without first consulting a doctor. Participation in the online fitness programme can in no way replace medical examinations, accompaniment or treatment. 

Can I use the programme as a vegetarian or vegan?

Yes, our diet plans are suitable for all diet types. We offer many different plans for vegetarians and also vegans.

Nutrition plan -> Fast Line or Long Line ? What does that mean

Fast Line: Here we give you exactly what your diet plan looks like. You have different delicious dishes and can vary them. There are no cooking instructions with the Fast Line. Ideal for experienced athletes who are already somewhat familiar with the material. Long Line: Here there are cooking instructions for each dish and also a general description of your nutrition plan. Ideal for beginners, as everything is explained "in detail" here. We offer diet plans with meat, diet plans for vegetarians and also diet plans for vegans.
